When I put the IDX Link in a browser to "test" it I get a Sorry message?

This is by design and not a problem. Your IDX Link is designed to ONLY work within your website (remember that website address you added to your FlexMLS Profile), so copying the link into a browser or putting it into an un-authorized website will trigger the Sorry message. Don't worry, go ahead and add the IDX Link to your website and then visit that page to see the live IDX search features.

When I visit my website I see the Sorry message?

This normally occurs for one or more of the following reasons:

Some people can see the IDX but others can't?

This happens when your IDX Link is setup correctly on your website and is working fine on most computers, but on a few computers it shows the Sorry message. This is caused by a little "extra" feature in Norton programs that block all standard HTTP header. This little extra feature can be disabled without affecting the Norton programs primary job (firewall, virus protection, etc.). Just open up the Norton program and click the Help button. From there type in "Browser Privacy" for details on how to disable that feature or you can visit their website for more info.
